I never had an opportunity to go to several "stations" (TAC/TRIAGE, Area Command, or other areas), and repeated the contact team multiple times. If the instructors would pre-assign all people ahead of time to ensure we all got the same training. Also, having so many contact teams is not incident management training, it's tactical training, and seemed repetitive in this course.

Conducting this training in the field with FD.

Always include dispatch in these courses, it greatly improves the understanding of what is happening on scene so we can anticipate needs.
