I feel like the class should rename the class. More like a Command staffing class, even thought there is a practical's with active shooter, it was more than that.

The hands on skills helped put the knowledge to action.

Lecture regarding law enforcment was beneficial to know however a lot of it did not effect my role.

Some more instruction on all you can do in the sim would have helped, the ambulance turnaround time is unrealistic which stops the ordering of more ambulances, ok for the sim but not real life.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Understanding IEDs would be a great class for me to better identify them in the field.

Listening to the law enforcement side of things and learning why they do what they do. i am a dispatcher.

Alot of the scenarios only indirectly included dispatch. most of the radio traffic was not directed to or meant for us.

Unification was the most valuable. That is a porition of the incident that most do not think about until it is time.

Learning the management portion. I think the class should be taught together but should keep the "boots on ground" together and the "managers" together. I understand you never know where you will end up on the food chain but I (as a boots on ground guy) will mot likely not end up in a situation of running the command post.

Amazing class. Learned a lot. I just think the class should split the people up a little more. I understand its split between LEO, Fire, EMS. but not all LEO are suporvisors.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I want to learn more about the Unification. I want to learn how others completed this and see what would work for my area.
