The computer game. It did not give me the real fell of going through an environment as if I was really there.

I'm always looking to further my knowledge for the safety of my men and myself. I believe a more in depth course on IED recognition would be beneficial.

Smaller scenario groups to ensure a more incident management role, while having contact teams, perimeter etc being administratively completed as to avoid the amount of down time contact team operators had while the scenario unfolded.

We are not Fire based EMS so it would have been more beneficial and realistic to have 1 medic only, or 1 medic and 1 firefighter together in command, not just FD.

The computer simulations. For RTF if we could do a hand on training and/or actually having to assess vitals and come up with correct tag color I think it would be more beneficial. The boards were great though.

Have further emphasis on stopping the dying. It focused heavily on LE neutralizing the threats. Also there were many times I was assigned to a crew that ended up doing nothing. Reunification and how to place EOC requests should be further focused on.
