Doing hands on instead of it being heavily powerpoint based was valuable compared to other trainings.

The powerpoint portions most of the time did not have anything to do with dispatch so we did not understand.

Most of the time when the instructors were presenting powerpoints there was a lot of talking over each other or not letting the other instructor they were presenting with finish a sentence or a thought and it was hard to pay attention.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Going to some sort of negotiations training for dispatch would be very helpful especially after everything learned in this class.

NOT MUCH SPECIFICALLY INVOLVING DISPATCH BUT THEN AGAIN DISPATCH IS FOR DOCUMENTING AND COMMUNICATING, AND MOST DONT NEED A COURSE FOR THAT.

IN THE CLASSROOM THIS IS GREAT BUT I FOUND MYSELF SONTINUOUSLY THINKING ON REAL WORLD WITHIN MY SPECIFIC AGENCY AND HOW IT WOULD WORK MIXED WITH OTHER AGENCIES/PERSONNEL THAT HAVENT HAD THE CLASS.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

WOULD BE GREAT IF MY ENTIRE AGENCY COULD TRAIN TOGEHTER ON THIS, AND THEN TO TRAIN WITH NEIGHBORING AGNECIES ON MORE OF THE SAME.
