The interactive ability to do things that officers and fire/ems were able to participate in.

Least valuable was just watching and not doing.

For dispatch, it would be more engaging should we have the opportunity to be more outside, realistically we wouldnt just "hear" the information like we did in this example, and we would be overloaded with calls + other calls while this incident would occur.

It would help if this class is attended by persons with a basic knowledge of these responses. Used a lot of acronyms that I had no knowledge of. Spoke about a lot of basic information that I was not up to speed on.
