I am concerned this training is not fully aligned with ALERRT; I am further concerned the methods have created "training scars" due to roles being pre-assigned and lack of kinesthetic activities inherent in an active attack response.

There was no foundation for this class , which made many sections very confusing.

I thought there would be tabletop, but enjoyed the practical. A tabletop would be helpful so everyone could experience what each section is like.

Reunification was most valuable because that is something I have not trained for in the past and now know our department needs to work on that.

Using multiple radio channels gets confusing and in life we would all work off of one channel. It would be nice to run a scenario all on one radio channel and see if that improves communication.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I'd like to train more on reunification and work more scenarios that go deeply into that process.
