Have dispatch participate longer (perhaps 10 mins) before staging is established. Establishing the staging so early seems unrealistic for our area.

I believe the integration of the simulation and real-time communications "Challenges" provided a level of engagement not found in other courses. Most other courses i've taken have been virtual only.

The segments on reunification, not because content was poor, but because I am unlikely to be placed in that role within my organization.

The scenarios were all geared towards incidents in fairly populated/metropolitan areas, and I feel as though there would be some benefit to covering some of the challenges experienced in communities which are less populated and/or resource limited. Many communities in NH would struggle to put even 10-20 officers on scene within the average time frame of these simulations.

THe simulations and being upfront with staging and tirage/Trans. Taught me a lot and took me out of my comfort zone.

Add AI to the simulations with guns and other objectives would greatly improve the expirence and would make for erradic situations that would vastly change the dynamic of this simulation.

Finishing RTF to be activated and doing the Tec in New Mexico would be super.
