The way they break down assignments due to the individuals background. Police, Fire, PIO.

I would keep in mind the current climate of law enforcement and the area where the training is being hosted. Example: Maryland our tactics are a little more geared to slow things down whenever the opportunity presents itself. Not at the decision of the first on scene, but command.

Working through scenarios in real time, seeing how the firehose of information affects cognitive response.

EMs had very little to offer in the tactical exercises. It was nice to watch, but little to actually do.

Liked having dispatch there, maybe have EMs run the hotwash, look at the information on a whole. Don't think IC got a good picture of every event.

Letting ICs know what emergency management brings to the table. Very little had a good grasp of it.

We were asked to provide professional feedback, but that is not how Cody conducted himself by intimidating students. Walking around the class to mock them is counterproductive to a learning environment.
