Evenly tasking units to get a variety of experience. In a three day class with multiple practical exercises, I was only able to be on a triage unit one time as a firefighter/AEMT. I find that somewhat problemeatic.

Further command and control classes.

The practical part seemed for of a game then actually learning environment. Also provided a false sense of security.

I enjoyed the training, some good information and refresher. Maybe would not work in a small town like Gallup because we don't have all the resources, but it would be a great to get with local law enforcement to prepare for our area.
