The addition of more phone calls taken by a dispatcher by a suspect. If the big screen could reflect active screens for each location in the scenario. It is beneficial to see everyones' perspective throughout the exercise.

Forming and implementing a collective inter-agency response training so we can utilize our own policies and procedures.

The AAR's that were brought up were good and applied to the class. A little more details on some would help.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Need to communicate with LE a little more to get some answers to questions I have on how we are going to work. I also like the reunification aspect of the class.

This was not for dispatchers we mostly just sat there was not very interactive for us. we did not get to see the simulator at all.

Would be nice if we were able to see a simulator and be able to use it at least once.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Would be nice to be like a real incident where we were used more and we could at least see a simulator so we could follow what was going on. Most of us dispatchers were lost because they stopped talking to us so we just sat there with no idea what was going on.
