Out of the 9 runs I sat in staging for 5 of them. Was assigned but never put in to play time after time. Would have liked to get the opportunity to be put into all areas more than once.

The controls on the computer need to be adjusted for things like steering. Also Medical treatment does not take as long as the computer makes it take.

The course had great material and knowledgeable instructors.

There was no direction for Telecommunicators in role in simulations, no rotating through roles with or of Telecommunicators, no instructors with Telecommunicator experience, Telecommunicator simulation not realistic, and no others got to experience the role or importance of the Telecommunicator.

More focus should be placed on initial call taking, roles of Telecommunicators, and negotiations starting at the Telecommunicator level. More content could be added to instruction on Communications Center and all students need to rotate through the different roles. Telecommunicators are not separate from Active Shooter incidents.

Seeing the system put into use using staging, tactical, command and resources in use.

Using the computer the first responders, this class focuses on MANAGEMENT). While the computers were a necessary thing in order to see the recources being used, any dicussion on tactics was pointless, being a 1st person shooter computer simulation. The other stations in the management realm was very beneficial.
