As a SRO Supervisor, the reunification process opened my eyes a lot with what else will be required for this process.

Coming from a smaller agency, the breakup of "commands" (Tactical, Staging, Command, etc) is not something that would likely occur with us.

I don't remember discussing how to deal with responding parents to a school of over 1000 students. For one of my schools, it is a residential area surrounded by a grid roadway system that would require upwards of 20 officers to close down. In an agency with 110 sworn, this puts a huge damper on response efforts.

The resources provided are extremely helpful and something I can utilize and take back to my command staff.
