The most valuable portion of the course was the hands-on practical simulations labs. This was because it allowed me to apply my knowledge gained through the lectures into real-life scenarios. This also allowed for us to experience the challenges than can occur in the real-world.

The simulations were excellent. It gave people an opportunity to experience different roles during an incident and the challenges associated with each role. The availability of the technology really enhanced the experience.
