Area command - good to get my feet wet. I don't have enough experiece to really know how to actually operate in this position.

There were people of high rank in this class who on multiple occasions were always in low level roles. While this isn't bad, it would have given them better oportunity to practice their skills by putting them in more appropriate positions.

It would be helpful if someone did an overview of the patient tabs, we did not know how to add triage tags or that the uninjured were different than the injured by the plus sign.

It would have been more helpful to have more instruction on the computer program before beginning. We were told to just play around instead of showing us what we needed to know to accomplish the tasks.

Consider separating law enforcement and fire/ems until they have their parts down.

Speed up the videos. They seem to be a bit long.

Additonal scenario based courses. Perhaps a course to build upon this one with more scenarios. I'd also like to see the NIMSpro3 to be a moblie course that could be set up in a city for police and fire to run thru scenarios from different physical locations.
