Scenario practice- though sometimes difficult to do online. I thought triage, transport, staging and IC roles all very good earing opportunities. Other roles seemed allowed disciplines to speak to each other.

I think the afternoon of the third day was confusing.

In my opion i think the IED information could be added in earlier and this could be made into a two day course. Overall i think it was very good.

I felt as though three days was too long for what we learned. The instructors were nice guys and very knowledgable but the scenarios became mundane after some time.

When discussing field units radio usage, clear - precise - normal talk, insure your field message is heard, listening to radio transmissions is also very important.

Only suggestion would be to spread out the different groups to prevent in-room chatter and radio feedback.

Any training related to Active Shooters and Terrorism related to the latest trends and tactics are important. The simulations added an element to the class that was beneficial once you learned how to maneuver the devices.

It was beneficial getting to see all the different pieces work together to resolve emergency situations.

Using different terminology and taking away the NYPD rank structure made the exercises more complicated then they needed to be.

This course would be better for executives as oppossed to police officers. I felt most of the material was over my head.

I think everyone should have tactical training in active shooter before taking this course.
