There was not really anything that did not have some value.

The three day class is adequate for this type of training. I would not add any additional material or remove anything.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

My department has required completion of the ALERRT in person training for all members. This task has not been started yet, but I am interested in attending this course with the knowledge I have now.

Incident command as I have a lot of experience with physical training going into the threat, however, not much experience after the killing ends.

I was hoping to see the helicopter used more.

I would like to see the instructors allow the students to make the mistakes during the scenario and then make the corrections after it has ended.
