My only suggestions is that when requesting new teams from holding to enroute, it should be completely random and not by previously determined squads. I also wish this training went longer so that the information is drilled into the brain more.

Learning the management side of incidents. prior experience is all field level experience.

The book/ presentation part. i learn better by physically completing tasks and doing the jobs.

The more practical exercises done the better. for me it is easier to apply everything by doing it.

Working more with other agencies, fire, ems etc. even for training, so there is less of a learning curve for a real life event.
