Practical exercises. I will say that this class is easily in the top 3 classes I've attended in 17 years of law enforcement and military experience.

Allow the dispatchers to criticize radio traffic once. After that, critique other things. It's not productive, and they're commenting from the comfort of a chair and AC with no threat to themselves.

Anything pertaining to supervision at crime scenes, particularly complex scenes such as active shooter events.
