All of the scenarios & hands on portions of class were extremely valuable. It allows for more real life applications and adults learn by doing the activity(s).

I found value in the actual stats from incidents and experience from staff. It allowed me to think in terms of probabilities for an actual response then develop more of an understanding for current practices.

I would've loved to have access to some of these materials ahead of time. It would've shortened the learning curve to fluid implementaton.
