Very professional instructors. The same wheel I use to take this test is the same way I shot for the last 3 days...Too east to cook off a round.

The learning of setting and deploying resources to locations and being able to manage how they operate with-in.

NA, it was great.

This course was great. with the little number of people that attended the instructors made the simulation work so everyone had tons of exposure to the incidents and playing multiple roles.

Being more comfortable to take charge of a critical incident and not be completely lost when working through the process.

All instructors were were great. The training materials were great. The first person style training was great. The instructors had no problems bringing the training together with a smaller than needed class attendance. Great job.
