The actual hands on experience of coordination/communication.

Learning the computer program was hard, but a beneificial aspect. Maybe a few more minutes on learning how to play the "game" within the computer.

When setting up dispatching, perhaps a "key" as to what each number means so they know where to respond to, ie staging, tactical, etc. You had to keep re-explaining the S1, S2, or numbers to the class and their locations as it was reassigned.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Medical First Aid Response, and all of my active shooter "physical" trainings.

The interactive portions of engaging suspects, aiding survivors, and allocating teams. This is real world application at its best.

The use of the emergency managers and what they have available. They were not able to fully engage in the events, but were knowledgable.

Simply Awesome. After attending numerous round table events in the past this simply puts a more realistic addition to this worst case scenario.

The use and availablilty of additional resources at the state or federal level. For example, letting us know what different agencies can provide to us in a critical incident.

Not sure we would have the use of direct telephone connections as opposed to radios. Most likely we would be using cell phonws.

Maybe dissect a previous event with locations for staging, command aep etc.
