I felt like the instructors were very patient and created a judgement free environment in which we were able to learn. I also like that we were able to role play as different positions in the scenarios.

In many of the scenarios, there were times where there was some confusion as to what was part of my assignment as opposed to someone else' which could have been beneficial to better go over during lecture.

I think that if we got to experience doing the same role back to back then switch positions instead of switching each scenario may allow for some deeper understanding of how that role works which can allow room for understanding of other roles once that baseline has been set.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to do some more triage training for mass causalities now that I feel some of these skills could help translate over and vice versa.

The scenarios were the most valuable because it solidifies what we learn in lecture. See One, Do one, Teach one , is a great learning tool.

Program should not allow RTF to seperate or at least report when they do seperate. I know the end scenarios RTF often seperated and completed multiple tasks not just a RTF.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I have a good understanding of EOC but some did not and had no clue when to activate EOC or what they would do.

Simulations.

Case studies needed a lessons learned section and not just an overview of events.

Flight Sim needs upgraded hardware or software to enhance the simulations. The simulations were SO good that the choppyness really took away from the learning experience during the sims.
