This course was very valuable and should be mandated for any level of senior leadership in le or fire.

The most valuable part of the course was the hands on learning through simulator.

The least valuable was part of the power point, there were parts that were either common sense to first responders or not needed.

This is a good course for any supervisor that is a first responder, would be good for agencies to do this as a whole as well as with their surrounding people.
