Interactions between the various players in the changing roles.

Not a lot for dispatchers to do after initial dispatch. Not common in an actual incident as calls would continue to roll in.

The C3 team did a great job still putting on this course without resources from Fire/EMS. They adapted very well.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This course was really a practical portion of ICS 400.

I really did not feel i learned much. I was expecting case studies and more time spent on high level organization.

The video game was a distraction. COPS were running around shooting each other. It was a joke.

I think you could accomplish a better overall admin level s66chool with the poker chip and board method. Challenging the organization and acquisition of resources.

ICS sections chief schools seem to be what i am looking for.

The lack of teaching on the dispatching side of mass cas situations.

I feel as though there should be some, definetley more information and teaching surrounding the dispatching pov of these situations, there was more questions on what we do rather than ideas on how to better ourselves in that time of crisis.

Reunification. It is rarely practiced or talked about.

The beginning of the scenario where you respond. The response to incident isn't part of the managing of the incident. To spend more time on the management of incident maybe start scenarios with suspects down or at large with officers on scene requesting things.

Allow more time to explain each role and how they function and operate. Its still a little unclear how some of them work.
