The lecture part and the going into case studies.

The sims were hard to manage for someone like me who does not use any type of gaming system. It did help to reinforce the points of instruction however.

It is hard to create scenarios with the artificiality of a classroom scenario. With that said, this course had a lot of great training points and I got a lot of takeaways from it.
