Inter agency teamwork. We often work in silos so being forced together helped to understands the trials each has.

Some of the LE tactics. While useful to understand I have no "Direct use" but I appreciate knowing it.

Enjoyed the course and am grateful for the opportunity. Only Change would be to have EMS to EMS and fire do fire. For more silo driven agencies.

Further training in TCCC and better team performance.

Real-time practical scenarios to expose communication issues.

The case studies on Day 3. I think more student interaction and after-the-fact troubleshooting could have helped drive the learning there.

Have fewer people do the scenarios at once. (For most of us, there's a consolidation of responsibility early in the event...the tactical command is also the incident command, the staging manager, etc. So more scenarios with that in mind would help us act out what we'll deal with.).

More training like this...practical scenarios are very helpful.
