Nothing presented did I find invaluable. It was all very good.

Nothing to improve. Every instructor was a huge asset in learning and adapted very well to our fluctuating (sp) numbers throughout the days. Thank you!.

The practical evolutions were top notch. Usually you get tabletop or mock incidents that don't have the same effect. This blows every other training out of the park.

Incident Management for other incidents. Before this course, I thought IM would be very stressful, which it would have been without this training. A specific course definitely relieves a lot of stress.
