I took this a few years back in LE position, this time I took in a EMS/Fire position which was valuable to experience both disciplines. 11 scenarios was grueling but practice makes perfect.

Class was realistic although on a truncated timeline. My only comment would be to switch disciplines for participants so they have an understanding of each others roles during an active shooter event to increase knowledge skills and abilities.
