Seeing the different aspects of each individual role within a Active Shooter Scenario and being able to participate and fill each role.

The least valuable part of the class was the debriefing after each scenario. I feel like they dragged on. Probably could allow the instructors to do the debriefing.

I enjoyed the practical experience that the simulations allowed me to receive. If I were ever unfortunate enough to need to respond to an incident like this, I now have a basis of experience to pull from.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to continue to seek and apply for incident management classes. I never had heard the term "Area Command" before this course, and that worried me that I may not know other parts of this important structure.

You force communication interactions with every level or responsibility, to include teaching me HOW to say what I need to say...very valuable.

This course is about one hour too long...but I don't see how you could cut it. Logistics and content don't really allow any time to be cut out of the class. Very tough...I know I'm tired when the class is over!.

Good job...instructors were very professional and I thought they did a phenomenal job. Clean logistics, professional student interactions, excellent rapport building with students, and courteous to one another. Very good instructor cadre.

You need at least one operational course with this one...very good stufff.
