Any type of incident management, I am fairly new to law enforcement so it was an eye opener to be able to jump into those higher management roles and attempt to be successful.

Being able to participate in a variety of roles that I may or may not be assigned to in a real world scenario. It helped further my understanding of my current role at my agency and developed an understanding of what is being done at a higher levels.

Perimeter role playing was not effective as we rarely had any useful task during the scenarios. I realize that real world scenarios require perimeter officers, but for the purpose of this class it was not effective in providing any useful teachings.

Virtual reality (VR) goggles or similar devices could be useful.
