THE INFORMATION WAS GREAT, MORE IN DEPTH OF UNDERSTANDING i HAVE GAINED FROM THE COURSE.

WAY TOO MANY SCENARIOS - I THINK WE COULD SPEND MOR TIME ON LESS SCENARIOS AND NOT CRAM SO MUCH RESOURCE DUMP AT ONE TIME - KEEPS IT FROM BEING REALISTIC TO A LARGE DEGREE.

THE INSTRUCTORS WERE GOOD - I DON'T KNOW THAT THE VIDEO GAMES BROUGHT ANY VALUE TO THE PROCESS AS THEY WERE NOT REALISTIC AND TOO MANY ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE. THIS COURSE COULD EASILY BE A TWO DAY COURSE OR A FIVE DAY COURSE DEPENDING ON THE SCENARIOS, BUT 10+ IS RIDICULOUS AND i DON'T BELIEVE IT ADDED ANYTHING TO THE COURSE.

Being able to put the lessons into practice using the NIMSPro3 help me put it all together.

I think the NIMSPro3 system is good but there are lots of bug and graphics that need to be worked out.

I would like to see more pictures in the powerpoint. Constant words is unengaging. I would also like to see dry erase clipboards with the same information as your command boards pre-printed on them for the students. You could make a fire version and a LE version.

Local, table top excercisses with this. I would like to see training for what federal resources are available and how to contact them.

The practical exercises combined medical and police and made that much more easy to understand.

The opening scenario...it would have been nice to have a walk through of the positions rather than just an overview in the presentation/ power point.

Headsets, or some way to reduce noise would have been great. Most all of our officers use headsets and that would have made it much more effective.
