Scenarios with the topis cpresented in modules. Explained, learned, then experienced.

There was occasional downtime, when not actively involved in an ongoing scenario. Really can't be helped because units have to be staged, etc.

Excellent training. The reps I got in practice will definitely help if God forbid we ever have an incident like this.

I'm not sure, but I will continue to look for more incident management training.

It would be nice to rotate responsibilities better...i spent most of the scenarios in the staging area and never did anything while the same people were getting in on the action. i was only at a computer terminal for 2 of the 10 scenarios.

I think this course would be very beneficial if it is offered more often in this field as it is becoming more and more of an issue we become involved in.

Additional training that may further go into the command as an incident progresses past the initial response and control. These incidents may go on for hours, days, etc.... As command, it would be beneficial to get into the further progression of these events.
