The hands one and application part was the must useful. you can sit and talk about stuff but until you actually apply it and deploy it you do not understand how it works and what you need to change.

Intra-department communication and unified command structure. Never previously seen to this level.

Medical evaluation and treatment. Therapies were unrealistically timed.

Please update time and quality of medical interventions in triage. All procedures take an unrealistic amount of time. Emergency cricothyrotomy would not use local anesthetic prior to procedure.

I believe the integration of the simulation and real-time communications "Challenges" provided a level of engagement not found in other courses. Most other courses i've taken have been virtual only.

The segments on reunification, not because content was poor, but because I am unlikely to be placed in that role within my organization.

The scenarios were all geared towards incidents in fairly populated/metropolitan areas, and I feel as though there would be some benefit to covering some of the challenges experienced in communities which are less populated and/or resource limited. Many communities in NH would struggle to put even 10-20 officers on scene within the average time frame of these simulations.
