Scenarios were the most valuable but I really appreciated the way the lectures were integrated throughout rather than all at once.

I need to figure out how to best bring this to my agency and surrounding agencies so we are working together.

Instructors were great and I especially appreciate they had different styles and back grounds. The class far exceeded my expectations. While I loved the simulators, it would be awesome to move to a virtual reality system.

Having more people in my area trained in this.

Increase the size of the class to allow for more participants. Also, maybe a scaled down version for first arriving officers to go along with an advanced class for high level supervisors.

The focus on the clock and timely treatment and medical care for the wounded.

I think cognitive learning would increase if the scenearios invloved 1 geographical location for all scenarios. One of the hurdles to the learning was the geography of the locations. Having to "learn" that every time detracted from builing on the other skills.

In the beginning, it appeared the instructors were relaying a message to officer that they needed to access patients while the scene was still active. As a LEO, I might have 1 tournaquit with me, but there is no way I can provide more than that. If the powers to be would like to allocate more moneies for local agencies to issue out more medical saving devices....giddy up.

More hands on. Scenarios whether in live or in virtual forms always train the brain.
