Lecture - that is not bad, it is just the least valuable when compared to the practical exercises.

I am a believer in what this course offers. My only issue is that this course is not offered enough. All agencies in my area should be operating off of the same sheet of music. Otherwise, confusion will still be a problem at these incidents.

There may be value to having west coast instructor team. There are so many regionally specific issues.

Tactical competence. Someone has to be able to put the bad guys down.
