Practical exercises and debriefs. All instructors were excellent with debriefing the good and bad without putting anyone on the spot. Very professional.

It would've been good to hear some additional debriefs of actual active shooter events to highlight the lessons learned from each event.

I would like attend ALERRT active shooter courses that involve participant scenarios.

The simulated training was amazing. The level of realness it adds is invaluable.

The only thing that would have made this more realisticic is to have an actual real life scenario that we could act out and physically respond to a simulated active shooter. I do realize this takes a lot of resources and coordination, however.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to attend more active shooter tacitcal training to learn more tactics related to these types of events.
