Understanding and managing active shooter events from a strategic perspective as opposed to a tactical one (ASIM versus TECC/TCCC).

Understanding the workings of a unified command system in an active violent event.

I would suggest the incorporation of VR technologies in simulations. I think the learning curve of how to perform in the simulator would be shorter if these technologies were implemented.
