Any training related to Active Shooters and Terrorism related to the latest trends and tactics are important. The simulations added an element to the class that was beneficial once you learned how to maneuver the devices.

It was beneficial getting to see all the different pieces work together to resolve emergency situations.

Using different terminology and taking away the NYPD rank structure made the exercises more complicated then they needed to be.

This course would be better for executives as oppossed to police officers. I felt most of the material was over my head.

I think everyone should have tactical training in active shooter before taking this course.
