I feel like this course is not designed for dispatchers. As a dispatcher, we sat at a computer and basically watched everyone else. I know that basically how it is in a real world scenario, but it almost felt like we were secondary instructors observing and providing feedback.

The scenarios.

The table top exercises with the poker chip was confusing and not very well explained.

The game on the computers was very glitchy in a couple of the scenarios and the paper map didn't line up with the airport map of the streets and maybe add some street signs.

Acronyms like CCP and AEP, we discussed not using 10 codes at the begining of the program but then created acronyms that are equally as confusing as the 10 codes. A common term like triage area has been used and know for years.
