I think this course is very valuable. I also think that manpower to fill the roles of the command staff will be limited for quite some time in the suburban and urban settings. I do not believe that implementing such a command structure will be the best use of limited resources until more show up and allow the command structure to grow and support.

Watching the LE, FD/EMS in the roles they would take. In dispatch , we do not get to see that side of it much at all.
