While I realize it may be hard, showing the responders how interictal dispatchers can be in these sitautions with what they can and cannot accomplish and why would be nice to see.

Class was a bit long. I feel like the last day could be a half day. It seemed to tail off on dat #3. Normal for first responders.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Conflict resolution. Going back to our dept. and how to bring it to the streets. Getting the support and buy in.
