While as a dispatcher, I will never fill any of the positions covered in this class outside of dispatch, it was a valuable experience to see them "in action" from "dispatch.".

Bomb "crash course" as a fire/ems dispatcher, I don't see myself ever dealing with this.

I would recommend adding a current or former dispatcher to the instructor list.

PLEASE POINT OUT MORE CLEARLY THE COUNTERSTRIKE BOARDS WAS RUN AS A SEPERATE INCIDENT AND NOT ONE THAT IS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY. LISTENING TO THE RADIO AND THEN FINDING OUT I WAS INCHARGE OF DEPLOYMENT CAUSED A LEARNING ISSUE.
