The sims were good and it was helpful to work with members from other organizations. Having radios and dispatch was also very helpful.

The scenario-based training. I think it's the best way to make certain you process the information you're taught.

Much higher echelon training i.e. Emergency Management type jobs. It's good to know but still the least likely to be utilized by a patrol officer.

I have no specific suggestion for this, but a way to remain hands free with radio communication while using the computer program would save a lot of time and effort.

Further advancement of these skills, i.e. hands-on active shooter/CCA training.

Most law and fire area. Since I am not familiar with how they work or how they request certain things.

Getting dispatch more involved, some centers have medical questions that are required or needed to be asked as our policy. showing an example of this could be help to helping responders (police/fire) understand what we do on the other side.

Taking another course on negotiations to help officers on the other side instead of on scene.

It did not follow the common language used in ICS. They could rename certain positions and easily teach the same concepts, but using standard ICS terminology.
