The hands on experience by far, it enable me to put into practice what was taught with immediate feedback.

The LEO piece although interesting did not change what I was doing.

Often times the instructor would take over or provide feedback or suggestions interfering with radio traffic or the student being able to complete a task or articulating what we were attempting to accomplish.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This was great, I feel like I could go through the class again and pick up more information. Taking it down a level to realize the actual manpower needed to complete this would be helpful.

The scenarios.

The fact that some scenarios were not as realistic in terms of numbers as they could have been.

The coordination before the event was not great. it was told to be different days and the location was unknown until the day before. We could have had so many more people from so many agencies (represented and not) if there had been better advertisement before hand.
