Most is geared towards LE and Fire but it would be nice to give EM more actual EM responsibilities.

Specific injects in scenarios for emergency management roles. EM role seemed more hypothetical without a direct connection to the simulation portion. "Resources" acquired by EM weren't actually represented within sim.

The hands on experience of being in a role i would not otherwise be first in line for; Allowed me to gain understanding of a leadership role without risk of failure.

The computer scenarios did not seem realistic enough to get much out of besides the process.
