ICS 400 and further training at "larger view"level. Also pushing lessons learned out to my department and sister agencies.

The hands on portion was extremely valuable. also hazard mitigation knowledge.

ICS review, which is normally covered ad nauseum in most other courses. This was negligible here though.

Continue to improve the simulation software. It is functional at present through and provides good scenarios.

The complexe coordinated attack and area command seemed rushed. I left wanting to learn more in both of these areas.

The course was so well run that I have little to no suggestions of improving the course. Perhaps add a fourth day to cover area command, EOC support, and CCA.

I would have loved to have had more time in the role playing. The more I did it the more comfortable I felt.

Initial conversations about reporting hot zone and later numbers of victims covers for me the two most important events in the first few minutes.

I was confused by some of the radio use because use of different channels for a task force strikes me like using 2 quarterbacks for a football team.

I think it is a fantastic course and that it will help our county a lot.

More training directed specifically at leadership folks, middle management supervisors, street responders, etc.
