Operating the gaming controls. The sims was valuable, however, using the mouse/keyboard to move/drive was unnatural and distracting. Not enough to take away the training value.

Hearing about how Fire/Ems will be communicating with LE during major incidents. As a 911 calltaker it's good to know how people are communicating and understanding the same info in the field.

Some of the lectures. As a fire employee, they were heavily law enforcement based. The last two chapters. I understand they were still important overall.
