The hands-on practical exercise was most valuable because it is the best way to learn and understand the material.

The transport portion was least valuable to me because as law enforcement, transporting victims to the hospital during an active shooter incident is highly unlikely and should only be done under extreme circumstances.

Also show real live videos to an active shooter response, followed by a practical activity.

I found the map and chips that were used on the projector as a great tool. The instructors were able to demonstrate and explain the steps that were going on during the active shooting scenario.

The least valuable was the number of recruits to do this assessment made it harder to hear communication and see al the steps.
