Learning the language that will be employed cross-agency.

To my specific position as a Tribal Gaming Agent/Surveillance Observer at a casino, I wish it had covered a bit more of that role. Same as I guess any security that uses video surveillance tools. Of course, it was still very insightful!.

Maybe if including video surveillance people, underlining the communication required between them and Dispatch (in our case MACECOM).

The interaction with the chips and knowing who is contact, tactical, etc.

Slides. It went quick and it was hard for me to follow along.

The instructors were knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer questions. However, it would be nice to have a simulation set up with an abandoned building or school where we can practice more realistic stress induced exercises.
