I’m not sure I could say that there was least valuable part of the course.

Be in contact with local agencies/resources ahead of time to try to incorporate local resources/response times/procedures so they can be utilized during the exercises.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Just more. More sets and reps. And I think training that brings local agencies/personnel together to practice what’s taught in the class.
